为研究铝氟联合暴露的电解铝工人脂质过氧化水平与抗氧化酶活性的改变 ,寻找其早期生物监测指标 ,选取电解铝工人 65人和对照工人 5 2人 ,测定血清和尿中铝、氟浓度 ,测定血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH Px)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)浓度及全血超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,测定血清中铜、锌浓度 ,骨骼摄片。结果显示 :与对照组比较 ,暴露组血清和尿中铝、氟浓度均增高 ,GSH Px活性降低 ,MDA浓度增高 ,SOD活性增高 ,铜浓度升高 ,锌浓度降低 (均P <0 0 0 1) ;血清铝、氟浓度皆与GSH Px活性呈负相关 ,且均与MDA浓度、SOD活性呈正相关。提示 :血清铝、氟浓度可以较清晰地反映机体铝、氟负荷情况 ;骨相改变之前 ,铝氟联合暴露工人脂质过氧化水平升高 ,微量元素铜锌代谢异常 ;血清MDA浓度和GSH Px活性有望成为其健康监护的早期生物监测指标 ;SOD活性升高可能是机体的代偿作用
In order to study the changes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant enzyme activity of aluminum workers exposed to aluminum and aluminum, the indicators of early biomarkers were searched. 65 electrolytic aluminum workers and 52 control workers were selected to measure the serum and urinary aluminum, (P <0.05), serum concentration of glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px), malondialdehyde (MDA) and whole blood superoxide dismutase (SOD) . The results showed that compared with the control group, the levels of aluminum and fluoride in the serum and urine of the exposed group were increased, the activity of GSH Px was decreased, the MDA concentration was increased, the SOD activity was increased, the copper concentration was increased and the zinc concentration was decreased (all P <0.01 ). The concentrations of aluminum and fluoride in serum were negatively correlated with the activity of GSH Px, and were positively correlated with the MDA concentration and SOD activity. It is suggested that the serum aluminum and fluoride concentrations can reflect the aluminum and fluoride load more clearly. Before the change of the bone phase, the lipid peroxidation level and the copper and zinc metabolism of the trace elements in the workers exposed to aluminum and fluoride were increased. The levels of serum MDA and GSH Px Is expected to become an indicator of early biological monitoring of their health care; elevated SOD activity may be the body’s compensatory role
