大学生进入职场,首先面临学生角色到新员工角色的转变,这期间伴随着个人两方面的成长,一面是职业生涯成长,另一面是心智模式的成长。本文从新员工(大学生)的成长现状入手,分析了企业新员工(大学生)成长过程中存在的问题,最后提出了成长心理辅导方案。
Students enter the workplace, first of all, face the role of students to the role of new employees change, during which accompanied by two personal growth, one side is career growth, the other is the growth of the mental model.
