输油管运行过程中 ,我们根据气、油混合介质的介电常数随含气率的增大而减小这一特性 ,采用紧裹在非金属管外的半圆形电容器为敏感探头 ,通过法兰盘连接在输油管路中 ,将含气率转换为电容量 ,提供给谐振回路 ,实现振荡电压受含气率调变 ,检波后输出 1个与含气率相应的直流电压
