Fleur等人在2016年5月举行的HRS学术大会上报告了皮下ICD联合应用无导线抗心动过速起搏器治疗的新技术。皮下ICD已成功解决了其电极导线和皮下囊袋的诸多技术问题,但因无起搏导线放置在心腔内,故不能实施室速的ATP无痛性治疗。波科公司联合美国与荷兰的研究者现已完成了上述两项技术的联合应用。研究的受试动物为山羊,分别植入了
Fleur et al. Reported at the HRS Academic Conference in May 2016 the new technique of subcutaneous ICD in combination with a non-lead anti-tachycardia pacemaker. Subcutaneous ICDs have successfully solved many of the technical problems of their lead and subcutaneous capsular bag but can not be painlessly treated with ventricular tachyarrhythmias because of the absence of a pacing lead in the heart chamber. POCO researchers in the United States and the Netherlands have now completed the joint application of the two technologies. The study animals were goats and were implanted separately
