随着知识经济时代的到来,纯劳力工人占劳动人口的比率越来越小,知识型员工占劳动人口的比率越来越高并日益发挥着重要作用,企业越来越深刻的感受到知识的掌握与创造才是企业得以生存的关键。但是,如何管理知识型员工,甚至让知识型员工参与企业管理,却是每个企业面临的难题。随着新媒体的出现,人们的信息获得渠道更加丰富,言论更加自由,交流更加便捷,也使得企业的境况越发艰难。本文以医生为例代表知识型员工,用“工作要求——资源模型”对医生行为进行分析,试图从不同的角度阐述如何激励医生参与管理。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the ratio of pure laborers to the working population is getting smaller and smaller, and the proportion of knowledge workers to the working population is getting higher and higher and playing an increasingly important role. More and more enterprises feel the knowledge Grasp and create is the key to business survival. However, how to manage knowledge-based employees and even make knowledge-based employees participate in business management are the problems that every business faces. With the advent of new media, people have more access to information, more freedom of speech, and more convenient communication, which makes the situation of enterprises more and more difficult. In this paper, a doctor is taken as an example to represent a knowledge worker. The doctor’s behavior is analyzed with “Job Requirements - Resource Model ”, trying to explain how to encourage doctors to participate in management from different perspectives.
