目的研究大狼把草(Bidens frondosa L.)全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、低压ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、反相HPLC等方法对大狼把草的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过理化鉴定和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从大狼把草的乙醇提取物中分离得到23个化合物,分别鉴定为己酸植基酯(1)、亚麻酸乙酯(2)、棕榈酸植醇酯(3)、三亚油精(4)、亚油酸(5)、5-十二烷基-2,2’-联噻吩(6)、大根香叶烯B(7)、莪术酮(8)、epoxycyperene(9)、反,反-吉马酮(10)、艾菊萜(11)、荚蒾宁F(12)、角鲨烯(13)、2’-羟基-4,4’-二甲基-查耳酮(14)、3,2’,4’-三羟基-4-甲氧基-査耳酮(15)、2’,4’,3,4,α-五羟査耳酮(16)、紫铆查耳酮(17)、木犀草素(18)、山柰酚(19)、大风子素(20)、异奥卡宁(21)、紫铆素(22)和硫黄菊素(23)。结论除化合物17、18和23外,化合物1~16、19~22为首次从该植物中分到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of whole grass of Bidens frondosa L. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, low pressure ODS column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, reverse phase HPLC and other methods were used to isolate and purify the ethanolic extracts of Sophora alopecuroids. Their chemical structures were identified by physico-chemical analysis and spectral analysis. Results Twenty-three compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of G. wolfberry and identified as hexanoic acid ester (1), linolenic acid ethyl ester (2), palmitic acid phytol ester (3), Sanya olein 4, linoleic acid, 5-dodecyl-2,2’-bithiophene, germacrene B, curcone 8, epoxycyperene 9, (12), Squalene (13), 2’-hydroxy-4,4’-dimethyl-chalcone (14) ), 3,2 ’, 4’-trihydroxy-4-methoxy-chalcone (15), 2’, 4 ’ Luteolin (17), luteolin (18), kaempferol (19), megacein (20), isoquinine (21), promelics (22) and sulbactin (23). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 16 and 19 to 22 were assigned to this plant for the first time except for compounds 17, 18 and 23.
