Ｓ１０１对小白鼠和家兔的急性经口毒性和急性经皮毒性均为低毒类，蓄积毒性Ｋ＞５．３，对雌鼠的生长发育有抑制现象，未见有脏器病变；Ａｍｅｓ检测为阴性。Ｓ１０１与有机磷、拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂复配防治害虫有增效作用，对动物不增毒。
