目的:探讨重症监护病房(ICU)心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭采用无创呼吸机治疗的临床效果。方法:以2014年2月-2015年2月本院ICU病房收治的84例心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,将其按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组。给予对照组常规药物治疗+低流量持续吸氧,同时给予观察组患者常规药物治疗+无创正压通气。比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.2%(40/42),明显高于对照组的78.6%(33/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者心率、呼吸频率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者心率、呼吸频率均明显改善,但观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者p H、动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO_2)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Pa O2、Pa CO2优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组p H值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ICU心力衰竭合并呼吸衰竭采用无创呼吸机治疗的效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator in intensive care unit (ICU) with heart failure and respiratory failure. Methods: From February 2014 to February 2015, 84 patients with heart failure and respiratory failure who were treated in ICU ward of our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were given regular medical therapy and low-flow-rate continuous oxygen inhalation. At the same time, the patients in the observation group were given conventional medical therapy plus noninvasive positive pressure ventilation. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.2% (40/42), significantly higher than that of the control group (78.6%, 33/42), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). Conclusion: ICU heart failure combined with respiratory failure with noninvasive ventilator treatment has a significant effect.
