信访工作是党和政府的一项重要工作,是反映群众呼声、解决民生问题的关键。做好信访工作,对于改善党群干群关系,维护社会稳定,促进社会和谐具有重要意义。要做好这项工作,笔者认为应从以下几个方面着手。1.要提高对信访工作重要性的再认识。信访是人民群众的民主权利,解决信访问题是党委、政府应尽的责任。信访部门是党和政府联系群众的桥梁,是检验党的各项政策和干部作风的窗口。要做好信访工作,必须充分认识信访工作的重要性,做到“三个务必”: The petition work is an important task of the party and the government and is the key to reflecting the masses’ voices and solving the livelihood problems.
