目的:研究烫狗脊中的抗骨质疏松活性成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱法,分离狗脊中的化学成分。结果:从狗脊中分离到8个化学成分,分别为金粉蕨亭(Ⅰ),去甲基麦芽酚(Ⅱ),麦芽酚(Ⅲ),kojic acid(Ⅳ),5-羟基麦芽酚(Ⅴ),原儿茶醛(Ⅵ),咖啡酸(Ⅶ),原儿茶酸(Ⅷ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ和Ⅴ4个α-羟基-γ-吡喃酮类化合物为首次从烫狗脊中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study anti-osteoporosis active ingredients in hot dog’s spine. Methods: The chemical composition of the dog’s ridge was separated by silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. RESULTS: Eight chemical constituents were isolated from the dog’s vertebrae, including Jinfenling Pavilion (Ⅰ), Desmethyl Maltol (Ⅱ), Maltol (Ⅲ), kojic acid (Ⅳ), 5- ), Protocatechuic aldehyde (Ⅵ), caffeic acid (Ⅶ) and protocatechuic acid (Ⅷ). CONCLUSION: Four α-hydroxy-γ-pyranones from compounds Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from hot dog’s ridge for the first time.
