目的:调查分析溃疡性结肠炎患者的饮食情况。方法:将我院消化内科2012年4月至2014年4月收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者23例纳入本研究,通过调查溃疡性结肠炎患者的饮食情况信息,找出患者的不耐受饮食以及禁忌饮食。结果:23例调查患者中,均有1种或1种以上饮食不耐受史,其中3种或3种以上饮食不耐受9例(39.13%)。23例调查患者中均有1种或1种以上饮食禁忌,其中3种或3种以上的15例(65.22%)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者不耐受饮食包括辛辣、生冷、油腻、酒类、乳制品等。饮食禁忌包括辛辣、酒类、生冷、乳制品、海产品、油腻、咖啡饮料、碳酸饮料、茶等,在今后的临床工作中应指导患者合理饮食。
Objective: To investigate the diet of patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods: Twenty-three patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from April 2012 to April 2014 were enrolled in this study. By investigating the dietary information of patients with ulcerative colitis, the patients were found to be intolerant to diet and Taboo diet. Results: All 23 patients had a history of dietary intolerance, and three or more of them were intolerant to diet in 9 patients (39.13%). Among the 23 surveyed patients, one or more diet taboos were found, of which 15 (65.22%) were three or more. Conclusion: Incontinence patients with ulcerative colitis include spicy, cold, greasy, alcoholic, dairy products and others. Food taboos include spicy, alcohol, cold, dairy products, seafood, greasy, coffee drinks, carbonated drinks, tea, etc., in the future clinical work should guide patients with a reasonable diet.
