作为一种普遍的思维认知方式,转喻对人们认识事物、促进语言的发展都起到了重要作用。在外语词汇教学中,转喻理论可以帮助学生更好的掌握外语词汇。本文试图通过转喻的思维模式与词汇习得的关系,探讨它在外语词汇教学中的意义。
As a universal cognitive way of thinking, metonymy plays an important role in people’s understanding of things and their promotion of language development. In foreign language vocabulary teaching, metonymy theory can help students master foreign language vocabulary better. This article attempts to explore the meaning of metonymy in the vocabulary teaching of foreign languages through the relationship between the thinking patterns of metonymy and vocabulary acquisition.
