传统聚羧酸减水剂对骨料中的泥土非常敏感,本文针对这一问题,采用甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为功能性单体,通过混料设计实验,合成了一种新型抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂。通过水泥净浆流动度试验表明,所制备的聚羧酸减水剂具有良好的减水率,随着含泥量的增加,分散效果优于普通聚羧酸减水剂。
The traditional polycarboxylate superplasticizer is very sensitive to the soil in the aggregate. In order to solve the problem, this paper adopts the method of using methacrylic acid ethyl ester trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC), acrylamide (AM), hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) as a functional monomer, a new type of anti-mud polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by mixing design experiment. Through the cement paste fluidity test showed that the prepared polycarboxylate water reducer has a good water reduction rate, with the increase of clay content, the dispersion better than ordinary polycarboxylate water reducer.
