随着市场上游戏类真人秀、竞技类综艺真人秀节目(如《我是歌手》、《奔跑吧》等)趋于饱和且呈现同质竞争的状态,致使此类节目热潮逐渐退去.而与此同时,倡导回归自然、回归生活的观察类真人秀应运而生,并引发一波浪潮.因此,本文以湖南卫视《我家那小子》《我家那闺女》节目为例,通过对观察类真人秀节目进行概念界定,从情感共鸣、情感矛盾及情感窥探三个方面阐述该类型真人秀节目的情感表达,继而对其未来能够在市场中得以良性发展提出一些创新性思考.“,”With the saturation and homogeneous competition of game reality shows and competitive variety reality shows (such as “I am a singer” and “Run”, etc.) in the market, the upsurge of such programs gradually receded. At the same time, the observation reality show, which advocates returning to nature and life, came into being and triggered a wave. Therefore, this paper takes Hunan Satellite TVs “My Kid” and“My Girl” programs as examples, defines the concept of observation reality TV programs, and expounds the emotional expression of this type of reality TV programs from three aspects: emotional resonance, emotional contradiction and emotional snooping, and then puts forward some innovative thoughts on its benign development in the market in the future.
