目的:建立唐古特青兰中微量元素含量的测定方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以铑、铼为内标,用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定样品中Ni,Cr,V,Mn,Cu,Zn,Co,Se,Fe,As,Pb,Al,Ba,Mg,K和Ca共16种元素的含量。结果:该方法对各元素的检出限为0.002~0.951μg.g-1,加标回收率在91.82%~104.72%之间,国家标准物质茶标(GBW07404)和杨树叶(GBW07405)的测定值与标准值基本吻合。结论:所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,为深入研究唐古特青兰中无机元素与藏药药效、药性味相关性奠定了基础,也为治赤巴病藏药中微量元素的研究提供了一种可行的参考方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of trace elements in Tangut green tea. Methods: After sample digestion with microwave and rhodium and rhenium as internal standard, the contents of Ni, Cr, V, Mn, Cu, Zn, Co, Se, Fe and As in the samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) , Pb, Al, Ba, Mg, K and Ca. Results: The limit of detection (LOD) of this method was 0.002-0.95 lg.g-1, the spiked recoveries ranged from 91.82% to 104.72%. The determination of GBW07404 and poplar leaves (GBW07405) The value is basically consistent with the standard value. Conclusion: The established method is rapid, accurate and sensitive. It lays the foundation for the further study of the correlation between the inorganic elements in Tanggut blue and Tibetan medicine and the taste of herbs, and also for the trace elements in the Tibetan medicine Provides a viable reference method.
