在很多实际生产过程中,总会出现这样的情况,企业的实际生产加工时间占不到总时间的15%,其余的85%以上的时间都浪费在等待、搬运以及排队上。拿机械加工案例来说,真正的加工时间不足总时间的15%,切削时间也只占有限的30%,其余的时间都用在换工具、测量和调整等上,超过90%的时间里机器是处于闲置状态的。所以说,需要建立科学合理地生产调度模式,优化生产过程,充分利用每一分资源,每一点时间。
