任何一种语言在交际中提到“死亡”时,交际者都不愿使用“死亡”,而是寻找它的替代词,即“死亡代用语”.汉语和日语也不例外.在交际过程中都避免使用“死亡”二字是这两种语言的礼貌说法.本文将从阶级制度、宗教信仰和价值观等文化学视角全面地对中日死亡代用语进行考察,分析其产生的文化原因.
