木薯淀粉经H2O2(过氧化氢)氧化、糊化后,以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂、丙烯酰胺(AM)为接枝共聚单体,制得木薯淀粉基胶粘剂主剂;然后以封闭的TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)为交联剂,制备了木材胶粘剂。研究结果表明:当m(AM)∶m(淀粉)=0.7∶1、m(APS)=0.10 g、接枝反应时间为3.5 h和接枝反应温度为55℃时,可制得干态胶接强度为10.20 MPa的主剂;将主剂与封闭的TDI进行交联反应,当w(TDI)=10%(相对于主剂质量而言)时,木材胶粘剂的湿态胶接强度由1.53 MPa升至6.16 MPa。
