HSP2 7属于小分子热休克蛋白家族 ,是机体内源性保护机制的重要成员之一。HSP2 7及其自身抗体在青光眼的发生、发展中具有重要作用。研究HSP2 7在青光眼视网膜神经节细胞中的保护作用及其抗体的促凋亡作用 ,对青光眼发病机制的理论研究和临床治疗具有重要的指导意义。本文综述HSP2 7的生物学特性 ,HSP2 7对青光眼视网膜神经节细胞的保护及其自身抗体对视网膜神经节细胞的影响。
HSP2 7 belongs to the small molecule heat shock protein family and is one of the important members of the endogenous protective mechanism of the body. HSP2 7 and its autoantibodies play an important role in the development and progression of glaucoma. Studying the protective effect of HSP2 7 in glaucoma retinal ganglion cells and the anti-apoptotic effect of its antibody have important guiding significance for the theoretical study and clinical treatment of the pathogenesis of glaucoma. This review summarizes the biological properties of HSP27, the protective effect of HSP27 on retinal ganglion cells and the effect of autoantibodies on retinal ganglion cells.
