目的:考查不同寄主菟丝子的种子蛋白差异。方法:采用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS PAGE)技术。结果:菟丝子与伪品之间差别显著;不同寄主的菟丝子之间亦存在一定差异。结论:SDS PAGE可作为不同寄主菟丝子及其与伪品的鉴定与质量评价的依据。 Objective: To investigate the differences of seed proteins between different host Dodder. Methods: SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE) was used. Results: There was a significant difference between dodder and counterfeit products; there were also some differences between dodders of different hosts. Conclusion: SDS PAGE can be used as a basis for identification and quality evaluation of different dodder hosts and their counterfeit products.
