主要分析了卷烟厂空调能耗的两个重要影响因素:生产班制、生产模式对于能耗的影响程度。定量给出了典型工况下三种不同类型的生产班制对于空调系统能耗的影响幅度,研究表明三班制的运行班制与两班制相比空调能耗差距约28.5%;另一方面,通过分析卷包车间的全负荷生产模式、部分负荷生产模式对空调能耗的影响,两种生产模式计算空调能耗差异接近27%;但实际能耗数据差异仅为16%,阐述了空调区域划分与生产区域运行模式不匹配、以及空调系统自控策略导致的空调能耗浪费,因此,卷包车间空调系统在基于生产模式调节及的自控策略优化方面存在较大的节能潜力。
Mainly analyzed two important factors affecting the energy consumption of air conditioners in a cigarette factory: the production class, the impact of production mode on energy consumption. The effects of three different types of production classes on the energy consumption of air-conditioning systems under typical operating conditions are given quantitatively. The results show that the energy consumption of the three-class systems is about 28.5% less than that of the two-class systems. By analyzing the impact of full load mode and partial load mode on air conditioning energy consumption, the difference between the two modes is about 27%, but the difference of actual energy consumption is only 16% There is a big potential for energy saving in air-conditioning system based on production mode adjustment and self-control strategy optimization, which is caused by the inconsistency between air-conditioner area division and production area operation mode and air-conditioning energy consumption waste caused by air-conditioning system self-control strategy.
