目的:动态观察射频消融术患者血清心肌酶的变化,评价射频消融术对心肌的损伤程度。方法:测定40例快速心律失常患者射频消融术前、术后12 h,24 h的血清CTnT、CK-MB、MYO。结果:6例MYO超过正常值(P>0.05),10例CK-MB超过正常值(P<0.05),8例CTnT超过正常值(P<0.05),其中CK-MB、CTnT均超过正常值6例(P<0.05)。左侧较右侧消融有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融在治疗快速性心律失常时,心肌损伤程度与消融部位关系最为密切,与放电时间、消融功率无相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To dynamically observe the changes of serum myocardial enzymes in radiofrequency ablation patients and evaluate the degree of myocardial damage caused by radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods: Serum CTnT, CK-MB and MYO were measured in 40 patients with tachyarrhythmia before radiofrequency ablation, 12 h and 24 h after operation. Results: 6 cases of MYO exceeded normal (P> 0.05), 10 cases of CK-MB exceeded normal (P <0.05), 8 cases of CTnT exceeded normal (P <0.05), CK-MB and CTnT were higher than normal 6 cases (P <0.05). Left ablation on the right side had statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of tachyarrhythmia, radiofrequency ablation is most closely related to ablation site and has no correlation with discharge time and ablation power.
