针对基于网络的实时视频播放对实时性、延时控制、容错性和同步控制等方面的特殊要求 ,设计并实现了基于网络的视频解码系统 ;该视频解码系统是基于VC + + 6.0平台开发的 ,包括系统解码器、视频解码器和视频播放器三大部分 ,各个部分通过位流缓冲区进行通信 ;系统运行结果表明 ,该系统能够实现对来自网络的MPEG -1位流的实时播放
Aiming at the special requirements of network-based real-time video playback on real-time, delay control, fault tolerance and synchronization control, a network-based video decoding system is designed and implemented. The video decoding system is developed based on VC + + 6.0 platform , Including three parts: system decoder, video decoder and video player. Each part communicates through the bit stream buffer. The result of system operation shows that the system can realize the real-time playback of MPEG-1 bit stream from the network
