我从事税务工作已经36年了,其中有27年从事税收宣传工作。从1985年西安税务学会创办会刊《西安税务》开始,我就与税收宣传结下了不解之缘。1985年,国营工商业企业改革刚刚起步,税制改革也才破题,城乡纳税人面对蜂拥而来的各种税收,在手忙脚乱学习应对的同时,也充满了困惑。各类应运而生的税收宣传媒体就承担了解疑答惑的任务,成为宣传税收法规政策、沟通征纳关系的平台和桥梁。
