由于冷轧钢板表面形貌影响着钢板冲压时的成形性能、涂装性能等而越来越受到生产厂家及用户等各方关注。本文对三大基本表面形貌参数粗糙度Ra、峰值密度RPc、波纹度W采用不同测量标准进行结果对比,确定了取样长度、RPc计数基准、滤波方式对Ra、RPc、W的影响,指出应根据用户需求控制不同的形貌参数并确定相应的检测标准。
As the cold-rolled steel surface morphology affects the forming properties of steel stamping, coating performance and more and more by manufacturers and users and other parties concerned. In this paper, we compared the roughness of the three basic surface topography, the peak density RPc and the waviness W with different measurement standards, and determined the influence of sample length, RPc count reference and filtering method on Ra, RPc and W According to user needs control different morphological parameters and determine the appropriate testing standards.
