名师有着相似的成长路径,除在上课中成长、在写作中成长外,还有在建构自己的课程中成长,这是名师成长的第三条途径。教师要建构自己的课程,就是在读书中成长,在思考中成长,在聚焦式研究中成长。教师课程要为核心素养而开发,为解决教学的难点、为儿童的兴趣以及经典或热点而开发,让课程成为师生成长的跑道。
Teachers have a similar path of growth, in addition to growing up in class, growing up in writing, and growing up in the construction of their own curriculum, which is the third way to grow a teacher. Teachers to build their own course, is to grow in the study, grow in thinking, growth in the focus of research. Teachers’ programs are developed for core literacy and are developed to address the challenges of teaching, developing interest in children and classics or hot spots, making the curriculum a runway for teachers and students to grow.
