本工作在4只同时具有胃大弯与小弯托馬斯氏小胃的慢性实驗狗身上,进行了21次有关胰島素性低血糖对胃液分泌的观察,并与注射組織胺的作用进行比較,結果如下: (一)在胰島素性低血糖的作用下,小弯分泌的潛伏期比大弯为短,而在分泌量、酸度和消化力方面,小弯一般也都高于大弯。 (二)如以組織胺引起的大、小弯小胃的反应为准,进行比較,則在胰島素性低血糖的作用下,胃大弯部与小弯部分泌的量和酸度,有大致相同程度的增加。 (三)胰島素性低血糖对大、小弯粘膜的胃酶細胞,均有相当強的刺激作用。 (四)根据以上結果,我們认为,迷走神經无論在胃小弯部或大弯部的分泌活动中都似起着主要的作用。
This work was performed on 4 chronic experimental dogs with a large gastropathy and a small bent Tomas small stomach, and 21 times of insulin secretion was observed for insulin hypoglycemia and compared with the effect of histamine injection. The degree of increase. (C) Insulin-induced hypoglycemia has a strong stimulatory effect on gastric enzymatic cells in large and small curved mucosa. (d) Based on the above results, we believe that the vagus nerve seems to play a major role in the secretion of the small curvature or large curvature of the stomach.
