目的探讨该项目生产过程中可能会发生的职业病危害事故,找出关键控制点,分析项目现有的职业病危害事故应急救援措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和检测的方法对现有防护措施进行分析。结果在正常的生产条件下引起职业病危害事故的硫酸、盐酸、砷化氢和氢氧化钠的浓度符合职业接触限值。结论该项目在采取了一定的防护和应急救援措施的情况下,可以减少发生职业病危害的风险。
Objective To explore occupational hazards that may occur in the production process of the project, find out the key control points and analyze the existing emergency rescue measures for occupational hazards in the project. Methods Occupational health field investigation and testing methods were used to analyze the existing protective measures. Results The concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen arsine and sodium hydroxide that caused occupational hazards under normal production conditions met the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The project has taken some protection and emergency rescue measures in the case, can reduce the risk of occupational hazards.
