铁路石家庄地区职工总数5万余人,1982～1994年统计资料表明,因脑卒中死亡病例每年在30人以上,占死亡总数近1/4,为各种病因中第一死因。1995年我院对脑卒中患病情况进行全面监测,结果如下。 1 临床资料 调查对象全部为铁路石家庄地区在职职工和离退休职工,调查总人数43311人。1995年脑卒中患病人数414人,其中缺血性卒中327人,出血性卒中87人。男性371人,女性43人。发病年龄为36～85岁,
