价值实现之供应链创新企业最重要的是能否保持持续的增长性。任何企业的发展都必须具备两个基本要素:第一,把握并顺应环境发展的能力;第二,内部求新应变的价值驱动力。中国企业为何难以走得更远?因为企业基本上都是在解决问题而不愿意问“未来价值增长从哪里来”。这其中揭示了最根本的原因,企业是用管理的方式去行事,而不是以战略的方式去思考。
