我们的社会中有很多几近被我们遗忘的群体——农民工群体,他们是社会财富的创造者,有着同样的需求,却被排斥在社会保障体制之外。本文指出新生代的农民工与第一代农民工不同,他们出生在改革开放以后,对城市的视角和需求都发生了变化,本文就80后新生代农民工的需求进行了分析,并以此分析传统社会保障中存在的问题,揭示完善制度建设,为农民工创造一个公平环境的重要性。 There are many groups of migrant workers in our society that are almost forgotten by us. They are the creators of social wealth and have the same needs but are excluded from the social security system. This paper points out that the new generation of migrant workers is different from the first generation of migrant workers who were born after the reform and opening up. Their perspectives and needs of the city have changed. This paper analyzes the needs of the new generation of migrant workers in the 1980s. Analyze the problems existing in the traditional social security, reveal the importance of perfecting the system construction and creating a fair environment for migrant workers.
