运用注塑模具分析软件Moldflow对EDS2880智能控制电柜用手柄制件在注塑成型过程中的注塑翘曲变形工艺参数进行了优化。主要通过将UG创建的CAD模型导入CAE软件、进行网格划分和缺陷修改、按设计要求在Moldflow软件中创建浇注系统和冷却系统,并对其进行注射、保压、冷却、翘曲分析等注塑仿真试验,对各个试验环节结果进行分析。通过正交试验法安排注塑仿真试验,获得各种不同参数条件下塑件的翘曲变形量,将这些翘曲变形量进行极差分析排序,获得不同工艺参数影响塑件注塑翘曲变形的程度,最后按产生翘曲变形最小的原则进行工艺参数的组合,得出优化工艺参数,满足了客户需求。
