为适应偏光技术对偏光分束器件的需求,给出了一种新型偏光分束器件双萨那芒特棱镜的设计。通过光路分析,得出了双萨那芒特棱镜分束角的表达式,详细分析了分束角与结构角和入射光波长的关系,研究了棱镜分束角的入射角效应。结果表明:对于确定波长的单色光,分束角随结构角的增大而增大;对于一定的结构角,分束角随着入射光波长的增大而减小。与常规萨那芒特棱镜相比,对于相同的棱镜结构角,双萨那芒特棱镜的分束角约为常规萨那芒特棱镜的2倍。对于确定的结构角和入射光波长,棱镜的分束角随着入射角的变化而变化。
In order to meet the requirement of polarization beam splitter, a new type of polarization beam splitter double Sagamion prism is designed. Through the optical path analysis, the expression of the divergence angle of the double Sanamount prism is obtained. The relationship between the beam splitting angle and the structure angle and the wavelength of the incident light is analyzed in detail. The incidence angle effect of the prism beam splitting angle is studied. The results show that for a given wavelength of monochromatic light, the beam splitting angle increases with the increase of the structural angle. For a given structural angle, the beam splitting angle decreases with the increase of incident light wavelength. Compared to conventional Sagamont prisms, the beam splitting angle of the double-Sagnaw Prism is about twice as large as that of a conventional San-Mammount prism for the same prismatic structure angle. For a given structure angle and incident light wavelength, the beam splitting angle of the prism varies with the angle of incidence.
