随着对食品安全和饮食质量的日益关注,人们越来越重视寻找正确途径引导消费者进行食品选择。本文以美国农业部(USDA)国内食品援助计划为例,结合行为经济学和心理学中的研究成果探究消费者食品选择的影响因素,以期帮助消费者提高食品安全和饮食质量。
With the increasing concern about food safety and diet quality, people pay more and more attention to find the correct way to guide consumers to make food choices. In this paper, the USDA domestic food aid program is taken as an example to explore the influencing factors of consumers’ food choices based on behavioral economics and psychology research findings so as to help consumers improve food safety and diet quality.
