目的:分析国内外管理心理学发展概况,以利于解决文化、管理制度和处于转型期的独特问题。资料来源:应用中国期刊网和外文检索近二十年来关于组织和管理心理学的文献,以及作者近年来有关管理心理学研究所发表的正式论文。资料选择:选择有关组织变革、领导行为、激励机制和组织文化方面研究的相关文献24篇。资料提炼:在这24篇文献中,内容呈不同程度重复的有17篇,给予删除;对符合要求的7篇文献整理形成综述。资料综合:在综合分析了国内外管理心理学发展概况的基础上,预测了管理心理学的研究新热点和发展趋势,并提出了管理心理学研究的近期目标和中长期发展目标的建议。结论:管理心理学的发展趋势是:重视组织层面的变革研究,强调对人力资源的系统开发,研究领域不断拓展,更加关注国家目标。
Objective: To analyze the general situation of management psychology at home and abroad in order to solve the unique problems of culture, management system and transformation. Source: Chinese Journal Network and Foreign Language Retrieval The past two decades on the organization and management of psychology literature, as well as the author in recent years, the Institute of Management Psychology published an official thesis. Data Selection: Select 24 related articles on organizational change, leadership behavior, incentive mechanism and organizational culture. Data extraction: Among the 24 articles, 17 articles with varying degrees of repetition were deleted, and 7 articles compiled to meet the requirements were summarized. Data Synthesis: Based on a comprehensive analysis of the development of management psychology at home and abroad, we forecast the new hot spots and development trends of management psychology, and propose the recent goals of management psychology and the proposals of long-term development goals. Conclusion: The development trend of management psychology is: pay attention to the organizational level change research, emphasize the systematic development of human resources, research fields continue to expand, pay more attention to national goals.
