铁水脱硫主要有喷粉和机械搅拌[KR]两种方法。鹿岛制铁所第一炼钢厂因主要生产厚板和高级薄钢板,所以采用的是脱硫能力高的KR法;第二炼钢厂由于生产的是普通薄钢板,因而用的是喷吹法。为了充分应用两种不同的方法,该所开发了一种从喷吹(脱硫后)到KR的脱硫渣再利用工艺。这种新工艺减少了KR石灰的消耗,使得生产成本降低50%。另外,为了提高脱硫效率缩短脱硫时间以及延长叶片寿命,对叶片形状进行了研究。研究结果,进一步降低了KR的生产成本。鹿岛制铁所仍在继续努力,力图通过改进工艺来满足用户要求以及降低生产成本。
Hot metal desulfurization are mainly two methods of dusting and mechanical stirring [KR]. The Kashima-Shinagawa Steel Works No. 1 Steel Plant used the KR method with high desulfurization capacity due to its main production of thick plates and high-grade steel sheets.
