糖尿病是一种常见的代谢内分泌疾病,病因大多未明。为了探索共流行病学规律,为病因研究创造条件,我们于1979年9～10月化成都市部分工厂、企事业单位、机关及部队人群中进行了一次糖尿病流行病学调查。一,方法:1.尿糖测定采用试纸法。试纸系用上海试剂二厂生产的单联生化试纸,批号791421。2.血糖测定采用邻甲苯脓—盐酸羟脓法。
