目的 :探讨涎腺腺样囊性癌中 p5 3 ,增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA) ,Bcl -2表达与病理分型及复发的关系。方法 :免疫组化SP法对 5例正常涎腺组织和 47例癌组织中p5 3蛋白、PCNA、Bcl-2表达进行检测。结果 :癌组织中 p5 3阳性表达 2 3例 ( 4 8.94% ) ,PCNA评分均数为 2 .40 0± 0 .870 ,Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达 2 3例 ( 4 8.94% )。癌组织中筛孔型和腺管型中 p5 3阳性率和PCNA评分均低于实性型 (P <0 .0 5 )。Bcl-2在筛孔型和腺管型中阳性表达率高于实性型 (P <0 .0 5 )。复发组p5 3阳性表达率和PCNA评分均高于无复发组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Bcl -2阳性表达率间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :p5 3 ,PCNA ,Bcl-2表达与腺样囊性癌组织分化程度和恶性程度有关。p5 3 ,PCNA评分可以作为预测腺样囊性癌复发的独立指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between expression of p53, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Bcl-2 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and pathological type and recurrence. Methods: The expressions of p53, PCNA and Bcl-2 in 5 cases of normal salivary gland tissue and 47 cases of carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive expression of p53 in cancer tissues was 23.4% (4 8.94%), the average score of PCNA was 2.40 0 ± 0. 870, and the positive expression of Bcl-2 protein was 23.94%. The positive rate of p5 3 and the score of PCNA in the pathological type and the duct type in cancer tissues were lower than those in the solid type (P <0.05). The positive rate of Bcl-2 in mesopore and duct type was higher than that in real type (P <0.05). The recurrence group p5 3 positive expression rate and PCNA score were higher than no recurrence group (P <0.05), Bcl -2 positive expression rate was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of p53, PCNA and Bcl-2 is related to the degree of differentiation and malignancy of adenoid cystic carcinoma. p5 3, PCNA score can be used as an independent prognostic indicator of adenoid cystic carcinoma recurrence.
