上海试剂一厂及中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所三结合小组遵循毛主席的教导,开门办科研,研制了薄壳玻珠、堆积硅珠及相应的硅烷化、酯化型等键合高速液体色谱柱填料,并在各兄弟单位的协同下,测试并初步评价了这些填料,证明性能良好。本文中简单介绍了三结合小组研制的高速液体色谱柱填料和某些品种的性能及实样分离结果。
Shanghai Reagent Factory and the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a combination of three follow the Chairman’s teachings, open the door to do scientific research, developed a thin glass bead, stacked silica beads and the corresponding silylation, esterification and other bonded high-speed liquid chromatography Column packing, and in the cooperation of the brothers unit test and preliminary evaluation of these fillers, prove good performance. This article briefly introduced the combination of the three groups developed high-speed liquid column packing and some varieties of performance and real sample separation results.
