一次风微反切技术对解决电站锅炉稳燃与结渣的矛盾,减小残余扭转,以及减少NOX的排放都有显著的效果。通过该技术在380 t/h锅炉的应用,对各种反切角度下的炉内温度场和速度场进行了数值模拟,并分析了它们对结渣和残余扭转的影响。
A micro-micro-wind cutting technology to solve the power plant boiler combustion and slagging contradictions, reduce residual torsion, and reduce NOX emissions have a significant effect. Through the application of this technology in the 380 t / h boiler, the temperature field and velocity field in the furnace under various anti-tangent angles were numerically simulated and their effects on slagging and residual torsion were analyzed.
