为了研究厚煤层综掘巷道煤壁瓦斯涌出规律,确定合理通风设计和完善瓦斯防治措施,运用矿井瓦斯分源预测法对厚煤层综掘巷道进行预测,同时选择相同地点实测瓦斯涌出量,通过数据分析和理论研究得出分源预测法的误差来源。研究发现巷道断面内暴露煤壁面周长与煤层厚度呈一次函数关系,并提出煤壁瓦斯涌出量预测修正系数及公式。
In order to study the gas emission law of coal wall in fully mechanized coal mining roadway with thick coal seam, determine the reasonable ventilation design and improve the gas prevention and control measures, predict the fully mechanized coal mining tunnel with mine gas source prediction method and select the same place to measure the gas emission, Through data analysis and theoretical study, the sources of error of the source prediction method are obtained. It is found that the perimeter of exposed coal wall and the thickness of coal seam in the roadway cross section have a linear function, and the predicted correction coefficient and formula of gas emission from the coal wall are proposed.
