针对现有带式输送机减速器监控系统的不足,设计了基于嵌入式技术的带式输送机减速器监测系统,该系统由传感模块、监测装置以及上位机监测软件组成。监测装置和传感模块相连,通过传感模块对带式输送机减速器的温度、振动、噪声等传感信号进行采集,然后把采集到的数据传输给上位机,上位机监测软件具备数据显示、数据存储、分析处理、故障报警和参数设置等功能。本系统运行速度快、可靠性高,能够实现对带式输送机减速器进行实时监测和故障诊断的功能。
Aiming at the deficiency of the monitoring system of the existing belt conveyor reducer, a monitoring system of belt conveyor reducer based on embedded technology is designed. The system consists of sensor module, monitoring device and host computer monitoring software. The monitoring device is connected with the sensing module, the sensor module is used to collect the sensing signals such as temperature, vibration and noise of the belt conveyor reducer, and then the collected data is transmitted to the upper computer. The upper computer monitoring software has the data display , Data storage, analysis and processing, fault alarm and parameter settings and other functions. The system runs fast, high reliability, to achieve real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of belt conveyor reducer functions.
