目的观察非球面预装式人工晶状体(KS-3Ai)植入术后的临床效果。设计回顾性病例系列。研究对象老年性白内障患者74例(82眼)。方法将上述患者随机分为A、B两组,A组38例(43眼),B组36例(39眼),两组均行超声乳化白内障吸除术联合人工晶状体植入术(A组KS-3,B组KS-3Ai),术后3个月观察术眼的对比敏感度和波阵面像差的改变。主要指标对比敏感度和波阵面像差。结果两组患者均未发生手术并发症。A组高频段空间频率(1.0deg、0.7deg)对比敏感度低于B组(t=3.69,2.71,P均=0.00),差异有统计学意义。A组高阶像差均方根值高于B组(t=4.32,P=0.00),差异有统计学意义。结论非球面预装式人工晶状体可减少球面像差,提高患者的对比敏感度。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of aspheric prefabricated intraocular lens (KS-3Ai) implantation. Design retrospective case series. The study included 74 elderly patients with cataract (82 eyes). Methods A total of 38 patients (43 eyes) in group A and 36 eyes (39 eyes) in group B were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. All patients underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation KS-3, group B KS-3Ai). The contrast sensitivity and wavefront aberrations of the eyes were observed 3 months after operation. The main indicators of contrast sensitivity and wavefront aberrations. Results No complications occurred in both groups. A group of high-frequency spatial frequency (1.0deg, 0.7deg) contrast sensitivity was lower than the B group (t = 3.69,2.71, P = 0.00), the difference was statistically significant. Group A higher-order aberrations higher than the B group (t = 4.32, P = 0.00), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Aspheric prefilled intraocular lenses can reduce spherical aberration and improve the contrast sensitivity of patients.
