肝细胞直接与血液相通 ,是药物给药系统理想的靶部位。欲实现肝脏不同细胞靶向 ,可通过载体上的相应配体与肝实质细胞膜上的无唾液酸糖蛋白受体或非实质细胞膜上的甘露糖受体、清除受体等的特异相互作用来达到 ;也可通过脂质体、毫微粒、乳剂、脂蛋白等载体的被动靶向作用而实现器官靶向。本文对以上各种途径进行综述 ,旨在对治疗肝脏疾病提供参考。
Hepatocytes are directly linked to blood and are the ideal target site for drug delivery systems. This article summarizes the above approaches to provide a reference for the treatment of liver disease.
