以印尼330 MW亚临界机组锅炉为研究对象,采用现场燃烧调整试验方法,对主、再热蒸汽温度,排烟温度的影响因素进行了调整实验和分析优化,并且研究了一次风压和燃烧器配风对锅炉运行的影响。经过一系列试验及分析优化后,通过调整运行氧量、煤粉细度、风煤比、炉底漏风、一次风压以及燃烧器配风,使机组在330 MW负荷下主/再热汽温提高了20℃以上,排烟温度降低了25.4℃,锅炉效率提高1.72%,辅机功率降低了1205 k W,标准煤耗率降低了6.56 g/(k W·h)。
