研究了 0~ 2℃的低温胁迫条件下半冬性和弱春性小麦幼苗期、拔节期叶片中超氧化物歧化酶活性 (SOD) ,丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖 (WSS)和脯氨酸 (Pro)含量的变化。结果表明 :(1)半冬性小麦 SOD活性升高和 MDA含量下降的幅度均大于弱春性品种 ,前者 WSS和 Pro积累也较后者多 ;(2 ) 2个品种在幼苗期 4项指标的差异显著 ,拔节期差异变小 ;(3)小麦拔节期对持续寒冷的耐受力软弱
The effects of low temperature stress (0-2 ℃) on the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), soluble sugar (WSS) and proline Changes in acid (Pro) content.
