精密陶瓷(或称新陶瓷、烧结陶瓷、高性能陶瓷等)由于具有各种优异的机械、物理性能而受到极大重视和迅速发展。由于陶瓷的硬度极高,难以切削加工,而注射成形技术最特殊的特点在于能制成形状极复杂、甚至用一般切削方法所不能加工的非对称形制品。因此,陶瓷材料与注射成形技术相结合是很值得重视的课题。 一、原理 陶瓷烧结体中原子间的互相制约强,难于变形,存在脆性破坏的因素。其破坏强度由下式表示:
