由上海市基础工程公司承建的杭州四堡污水处理厂排放口工程,位于钱塘江入海区下游。该工程由一座竖井、六根竖向排放口(管)及六只框架平台组成。竖井采用地下连续墙施工方法,竖向排放口(管)有四根采用水下插管法施工,两根采用国内首次开发的新技术-竖直顶升钢管法施工。竖直顶升钢管施工工艺是基础公司技术人员在总结地下水下长距离水平顶管技术的基础上发展而来的。竖直顶升钢管施工是在钱塘江底下10多米处进行,先完成水平向φ2.6m、长350m钢管的顶进,然后在钢管中布置后座和千斤顶,每顶升一次加一段顶铁,待到达一节冲程后,再加接一节钢管,并依次顶升。今年三月八日第一根竖直钢管开始顶升并顺利顶升成
The discharge project of the Hangzhou Sibao Sewage Treatment Plant, which was constructed by the Shanghai Basic Engineering Company, is located downstream of the Qiantang River into the sea area. The project consists of a vertical shaft, six vertical discharge ports (tubes) and six frame platforms. Vertical shafts are used for underground continuous wall construction methods. Four vertical discharge ports (pipes) are constructed using underwater intubation and two are constructed using the new technology developed at home, the vertical jacking steel pipe method. The vertical jacking steel pipe construction technology was developed by the basic company technicians on the basis of summarizing the long-distance horizontal pipe jacking technology under groundwater. The construction of vertical jacking steel pipe is carried out at more than 10 meters below the Qiantang River. The jacking of horizontally oriented φ2.6m and long 350m steel pipes is completed first. Then, the rear seats and jacks are arranged in the steel pipes, and a piece of top iron is added to each jacking. After a stroke is reached, a section of steel pipe is added and lifted in order. On March 8 this year, the first vertical steel pipe began to rise and was successfully jacked up.
