以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为主要原料、磺酸型低聚醚二元醇(DPSA)为助溶剂、二甲基硅油为脱模剂和流平剂,制备了一种新型的速溶型水溶性PVA薄膜,并探讨了DPSA、助剂掺量对PVA薄膜性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着DPSA掺量的增加,薄膜的溶解速率明显提高;甘油可改善薄膜的柔软度和拉伸强度,可溶性淀粉可增强薄膜的力学强度,而二甲基硅油可提高薄膜的脱模性;当p H=8、w(DPSA)=4%、w(甘油)=3%、w(可溶性淀粉)=2%和w(二甲基硅油)=0.6%(均相当于PVA溶液质量而言)时,所制得的水溶性PVA薄膜在水溶性、脱模性、柔韧度、拉伸强度和透明度等方面的综合性能较佳。
Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the main raw material, sulfonic acid oligoether glycol (DPSA) as a cosolvent, dimethyl silicone oil as a release agent and leveling agent, prepared a new type of instant water-soluble PVA film, and discussed DPSA, additives dosage on the performance of PVA film. The results showed that with the increase of DPSA content, the dissolution rate of the film increased obviously. Glycerol could improve the softness and tensile strength of the film. The soluble starch could enhance the mechanical strength of the film, while the dimethyl silicone oil could improve the film detachment rate ; W (DPSA) = 4%, w (glycerol) = 3%, w (soluble starch) = 2% and w (dimethicone) = 0.6% Quality), the prepared water-soluble PVA film has better comprehensive properties in terms of water solubility, releasability, flexibility, tensile strength and transparency.
