新生大鼠胰碎片在MEM、DMEM、M-199和RPMI-1640中培养,比较培养不同天数冷冻保存,不同条件处理及液氮贮存不同时间的实验结果。表明新生大鼠胰碎片在RPMI-1640中培养胰岛素分泌量最高,随着培养时间的延长,胰岛素分泌量逐渐升高。培养6d进行冷冻保存为宜。新生大鼠胰碎片在液氮中贮存12个月分泌功能无明显变化。
The newborn rat pancreatic fragments were cultured in MEM, DMEM, M-199 and RPMI-1640. The experimental results of different days of cryopreservation, different conditions and different periods of liquid nitrogen storage were compared. The results showed that the newborn rat pancreatic fragments had the highest insulin secretion in RPMI-1640 culture. With the prolongation of culture time, the insulin secretion gradually increased. Culture 6d for cryopreservation is appropriate. Neonatal rat pancreatic fragments stored in liquid nitrogen for 12 months without significant changes in secretory function.
